Product Development Project Manager (1261)

Amyris is seeking a Product Development Project Manager to manage the development, testing, compliance and sustainability of skin care products. This role will manage the supplier portfolio and relationships, and coordinate cross-functionally from product concept to the first delivery. As part of a growing team, we are looking for a highly organized, business-minded individual with a passionate and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to determine goals, strategy, resources, costs and schedule to ensure product development and launch.
• Create, track and circulate timelines per project to ensure all tasks are being completed and deadlines are being met, from concept to finished good being delivered at the DC.
• Negotiate timelines and budgets and ensure that all deadlines are maintained.
• Ensure all regulatory, legal and compliance and branding guidelines are followed.
• Encourage a collaborative approach with departmental team members.
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation plans with lowest possible risk and financial exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and resourceful
• Ability to multitask, prioritizing and coordinating multiple projects at once to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of teamwork, ownership and accountability.
• Proactive, problem solver and resilient.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management.
• Beauty experience required.
