The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team and hit the ground running at a thriving, fast-growing UK-based fashion brand.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering customer enquiries via Zendesk, live chat and over the phone
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Processing exchanges and refunds on Shopify
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal/external departments (warehouse)

Key skills

  • Good knowledge of Zendesk and Shopify

Full-time (Contract)
Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am – 5:30pm
