Customer Service Assitant
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team and hit the ground running at a thriving, fast-growing UK-based fashion brand.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering customer enquiries via Zendesk, live chat and over the phone
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Processing exchanges and refunds on Shopify
- Communicating and coordinating with internal/external departments (warehouse)
- Good knowledge of Zendesk and Shopify
- Positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly
- Calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Good computer skills
Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am – 5:30pm
