About The Job
Our Corporate IT team is responsible for providing the most robust, performing, secure, sustainable and carbon savvy IT infrastructure and experience to all Vestiaire Collective employees. Our corporate IT team also plays a critical role in some global initiatives that rely on IT infrastructure such as moving offices, setting new warehouses, connecting a new digital tool.
We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to support our people and successfully achieve these missions.
Your responsibilities
- Install, manage and monitor global IT systems and infrastructure in line with SOP
- Assist the Global Corporate IT Manager in translating company requirements into functional IT solutions
- Assists in the coordination of testing and evaluating new systems, processes and tools.
- Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Monitoring of critical IT systems and tools, ensuring high availability at all locations
- Evaluates the existing systems and provides the technical direction to IT support staff.
- Plans and implements system and process automation as required to improve efficiency.
- Plan and develop customised network & software deployments to support business goals
- Collaborates with global teams to ensure requirements are met
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with the IT team to implement fixes
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on repetitive tasks
- Provide 3rd level support
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Install, configure, test and maintain server operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Use and develop the knowledge base (Wiki)
Who You Are
You come from a Bac + 2/3 training, supplemented by significant similar experience in systems and network environments of a fast-growing company.
You have the following skills:

- MDM: Autopilot/Intune. Mostly for Mac is a plus
- Advanced Windows Server OS
- Network: advanced Switching, VLANs, Routing, IPSEC
- Hyper-V
- Azure AD
- Operational English compulsory.
- Windows Server OS: 2008/2012/2016/2019
- Windows & Mac desktop OS
- Cisco Meraki is an advantage
- Support: Experience using a ticketing tool
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral expression, you will be in direct contact with French and English speaking teams globally
- Desire to work as a team
- Rigor, ability to organize.
