This role is a mix of work from home and onsite at our Winder, GA facility.

This position is responsible for assisting the Chico's FAS recruitment efforts, coordinating the candidate experience and assisting in attracting and engaging nonexempt to mid level passive and active candidates to join Chico's FAS, the Most Amazing Place to Work, Learn and Grow.

FunctionalResponsibilities
  • Assist team with candidate interview scheduling, rescheduling and coordination (phone, video, and on-site interviews).
  • Communicates all pertinent information (e.g. resume, interview schedule, interview guides, and assessments to the interview team, recruiters, and candidates).
  • Ensures consistency throughout the process, providing a positive candidate experience from first contact through post-hire. At times, this will include hosting candidates throughout the campus during the interview process.
  • Assess candidates for alignment with Chico's FAS Values and Guiding Principles in addition to technical aptitude.
  • Weekly dispositioning of applicants
  • Ensure a positive internal and external candidate experience
  • Provide weekly updates to hiring managers as needed
  • Maximize available tools including Avature, Dayforce, etc. throughout the recruiting process to enable accurate reporting and metrics
  • Stay abreast of new and relevant social recruiting and marketing trends; makes recommendations on recruitment marketing initiatives and employment branding efforts.
  • Provide sourcing support for key areas of the business as needed through the use of the Internet (including social channels), networking, and employee referrals to support key areas of the business.
  • Help to drive a diverse candidate slate for open positions utilizing traditional recruiting tools and networks while assisting in building a strategy around long-term diverse talent pipelines
  • Identify and make recommendations for process improvement within the team and HR department, embracing new ways of thinking
  • View oneself as a reflection of the organization by following through on commitments and accepting ownership of work and responsibilities.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in recruitment or other HR related professional experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be Social savvy and have an interest in fashion/design
  • Exceptional research skills; natural curiosity and commitment to process improvement
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong solution orientation and comfortable working in a team environment; learning agility
  • Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking and/or management systems preferred
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage time effectively against multiple responsibilities
