JOB PURPOSE
A fantastic opportunity to join the Creative HR team based in London.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will work on building great partnerships with the Creative functions and delivering the best talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey.
- Provide proactive advice and guidance to line managers.
- Effectively source and match candidates to positions.
- Utilization of sourcing tools - Colleges, platforms; LinkedIn, Job Boards etc.
- Develop a talent pool of candidates.
- Work closely with Line Managers during the recruitment process to ensure the right candidate is recruited.
- Represent the Brand at appropriate internal and external events.
- Be a brand ambassador to effectively recruit high calibre candidates.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Experience recruiting roles in Marketing, Buying and Product Development would be beneficial.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise a heavy workload to meet the needs of the business.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident to deal with people at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be a flexible team player with a 'can do' attitude.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Adaptable- used to working in a busy team environment.
