Job Purpose: LTK is looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to work closely with our Creative team of Graphic Designers and support them in the conceptualization and implementations of design solutions for our Brazil market. You'll be collaborating closely with other designers, marketers, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure all work is meeting campaign and marketing strategies and adhering to brand guidelines and standards. This role requires someone who is passionate about design, knows industry best practices, and seeks out the best possible creative answers to Marketing's daily challenges.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Design creative that helps elevate our brand and meets the objectives of the brief
• Ensure quality control as related to LTK's brand
• Ensure strong visual and graphic design is being delivered that has a consistent brand expression across all consumer touchpoints
• Ensure options for each concept are presented and clearly articulated design rationale
• Adopt digital and mobile first design
• Presentations (keynote), printed pieces, sponsored newsletters, IG artworks, landing pages

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working w/ Graphic design with agencies and/or in-house agencies. (preferred in house experience)
• Expert knowledge in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Some experience with Content Management tools such as Hubspot, HTML5 and/or CSS is a plus
• Possess strong conceptual skills, high sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions

• Feedback and creative direction from Dallas Senior members of the Creative team and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and time-management skills, comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
• Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
