About The Role
We have recently moved to a beautiful facility in Highland Park (Los Angeles) seeking a receptionist with experience in office management duties.
Responsibilities
Greet employees, contractors, guests, and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Assist guests/visitors/contractors in finding their way around the office.
Ensure workplace security by only allowing authorized individuals enter the premises.
Assure that all employees follow daily sign in protocol including sign into Envoy and do temperature check at the main entrance.
Responsible to maintain employee attendance and safety checks on all employees for COVID, including administering COVID-19 test for select contractors/employees.
Manage administrative tasks including data entry, updating logs, taking notes, mailing, printing, and signing packages. Preparing meeting and conference rooms.
Ensure that the office, the kitchen, and shared spaces are always kept sanitary. General clean-up of public office areas, such as the kitchen counters, reception, & conference room.
Restock on supplies that are running low. Along with making sure we are stocked up on essentials and keep records of the spending budget.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail including delivery services (e.g., UPS, FED-EX, DHL)
Assist colleagues with administrative tasks and provide support for all departments in the office and duties assigned to by your manager.
Requirements:
Understand and associate with the Dolls Kill brand and culture.
2-3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or Office management background.
Must be willing to learn and understand fashion industry and the creative field.
Competency in Microsoft Suite; being tech-savvy and willing to learn new programs.
Good time management, organization, and communication skills.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
Must be punctual, detailed, solid communication and emotional intelligence skills.
Capable of working independently, multi-tasking with a professional demeanor.
Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs.
Associate degree highly preferred
