Job Description

Your opportunity:

In this role you will work on a variety of human resources-related subjects with a strong focus on talent acquisition, performance and talent management, organizational design, employee relations and HR operations.

How you will contribute?
  • Identify the recruiting needs and manage the recruitment process for middle management, junior and intern profiles.
  • Optimization of Internal Recruitment tracking for creative talents.
  • Manage the Fashion and Design Schools' contacts and liaise with career services to develop a talent pool for creative profiles.
  • Support the Managers to perform the Talent and Performance reviews for creative functions to retain & develop talents and elaborate succession plans.
  • Preparation of annual Salary Review & bonus payout calculation.
  • Preparation of Budget and Forecast with relative Organizational Charts.
  • Monitor the monthly evolution of both headcount and budget and liaise with Compensation & Benefit Department on extra costs.
  • Frequently exchange with Compensation & Benefit Department for ad hoc projects (C&B Strategy, Kering Survey on Salaries,...).
  • Frequently exchange with internal Legal Department for rental contracts, bailment agreement, and other legal matters.
  • Liaise with external labor lawyer to support in manage disciplinary processes and legal matters.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative Human Resources activities for creative functions in partnership with Human Resources Operations and Payroll teams.
  • Manage and constantly update of Human Resources Internal systems and database for the creative functions.
  • Manage expenses related to external Human Resources suppliers in partnership with Compensation & Benefit department (lawyers, immigration and relocation agencies, interim firms).
  • Be responsible for collecting, reviewing, inserting and validating all monthly invoices from internal consultants into our system.

  • 4-5 Years of Human Resources experience in the fashion and/or luxury industry.
  • BA/MA in Humanities, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, another language is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and follow through skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
