Where the Graphic Designer fits:

We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong creative mindset to join our rapidly growing Brand Team within NADINE MERABI. If you have a passion for the Fashion industry and a creative/innovative eye, this role is perfect for you! Following and developing brand guidelines you will be responsible for asset creation for the website, printed materials and packaging. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will work closely with the marketing team and Creative Director to ensure the brand is correctly represented across all touch points. You must be able to work independently as well as within a team with a close eye for detail.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

-Designing all assets to the websites, across all territories
-Updating banners and images on all sites.
-Designing all printed assets for the brand.
-Working within, and developing, the brand guidelines.
-Designing assets for key trading periods i.e Black Friday/New product launches/Christmas
-Working on packaging designs.
-In studio still photography of product and packaging.
-Creating assets for social media and email campaigns.
-Retouching images
-Video editing, making GIFs
-Be able to organise your time and manage your workload

Skills & Experience

-Friendly, positive attitude with a can-do mentality and hunger to develop new skills in graphic design.
-Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail and passion for current and future design trends.
-Minimum of 1yrs experience in the creative industry.
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products, specifically, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. (You will be asked to demonstrate your design skills as part of the interview process)
-Passionate about the Fashion industry with a creative mindset
-Ability to quickly and accurately respond to briefs. The majority of our work requires a rapid turnaround and all requests must be delivered to a high standard. (You will be asked to demonstrate your ability to read a brief and tested on how quickly you can produce a draft as part of the interview process)
-Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to proof-read your own work before sending for approval is crucial.
-Possess the ability to look up and learn how to do new things if you’re unsure or have questions.
-Video editing experience and creating GIFs
-Ability to create designs in repeat and in a printable format, separation skills would be a bonus
-Experience or Degree within the Fashion industry would be a bonus
