The main role of this person is to drive alternative channels which will include Hospitality inclusive of Hotels Amenity, Hotel Retail, Spar Retail, Spa Back Bar + Restaurants, Travel Retail, spearhead airline amenity programs and develop the Lifestyle Home channel

This person must have a strong understanding of how to drive sales through marketing programs for the brand partners and alternative points of distribution. A creative, analytical, and strategic thinker is required to balance opening of new accounts program planning, execution, and reporting.

This person must be a collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally alongside internal and external partners. However, key to this role with be a complete self-awareness to be the face of Costa Brazil for completely new partners. Experience opening new doors will be essential and a willingness to travel to meet the above is a must.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage consistent cadence of meetings with retail marketing partners to ensure a strong brand presence across all channels. Ensure synergies between Costa Brazil to drive cohesive omnichannel programming.
    • Own Trade Marketing budget and seasonal marketing/promotional planning with accounts.
    • Develop a KPI strategy and share quarterly recaps with Sales team.
    • Collect proof of performance and campaign recaps for all initiatives to ensure sales goals and benchmarks are met.
    • Oversee local implementation of new launch plans and marketing strategies.
    • Own development and execution of retailer specific promotional programs.
    • Lead event strategy and partner with Education team on digital events & trainings for other regions.
    • Partner with VP of Digital Marketing on brand-led advertising initiatives.
    • Partner with VP of Brand development & Sales to forecast and manage annual retail sampling and GWP inventory and distribution across each retailer/channel.
    • Coordinate with Brand Marketing on new launch deliverables and work with graphic design agency to adapt brand content to fit retailer guidelines.
    • Provide Inside Sales Manager with launch packages to share with retail partners.
    • Support Sales & Education teams with deliverables for events & training sessions.
    • Coordinate with Social and PR teams for retailer support.
    • Deliver comps, creative and copy to U.S. and International partners for marketing support and promotional programs.
    • Partner with retailers and cross-functional teams to develop exclusive offers for top performing accounts.
    • Create new and impactful trade programs that are consistent with the brand's overall strategies, budget, and profit targets.
    • Contribute to Market Meeting presentations with retailer specific offers and asks.
    • Attend and present at all meetings and schedule follow-up meetings to secure brand exposure for upcoming season.


Required Qualifications:

    • Position requires 7+ years of experience retail or Sale/Marketing role.
    • Proven success developing and executing programs for retail channels.
    • Knowledge of marketing and specialty retail activities, tools, and techniques.
    • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with high attention to detail.
    • A creative and analytical thinker.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence across business partners at all levels.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in beauty industry a plus.
    • Hospitality Experience a +
