  • Provide innovative insights into ways to improve processes and programs on an organizational scale and streamline user experience
  • Ensuring project success, including evaluating technical/functional requirements for completeness as well as influencing the future People Technology roadmap
  • Exploring common assumptions, rethinking existing configurations, and seeing every challenge as an opportunity for system improvements
  • Driving employee-centric and service minded solutions when evaluating and delivering key processes
  • Deliver on our Data as a Service strategy; establish personas and refine approach to gaining and providing strategic insights to people operations teams and business partners. Define business metrics and lead design of information sharing
  • Facilitate use of data and analysis in People decisions
  • Develop on-going partnerships with our IT, Payroll and Accounting teams as well as outside consultants and vendors to ensure HR transactions, reporting and data meet the highest standards
  • Partner with technical counterparts on identifying suggested/required integrations that support automation of data flows
  • Execute testing to meet business requirements â€" create test plans, perform functional system testing, and obtain user acceptance testing sign-off from business leads
  • Facilitate training and create light-weight adoption guides for the business teams
  • Ensure consistent process documentation across the People Operations organization
