- Support Global Social Media team and local markets with developing, deploying, managing and analyzing social media marketing programs and technologies to create campaigns in support of product, brand, and marketing initiatives across our social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, WeChat, Weibo, LINE, etc.)
- Creative and strategic thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies to support brand initiatives with focus on editorial storytelling, personality, and consumer engagement
- Support Director of Social Media Strategy to develop and execute social community growth strategies, to expand Coach global social footprint
- Partner closely with brand marketing, creative and PR teams to align priorities and serve as a true brand steward, ensuring consistent, effective content activation
- Partner with paid media team to optimize performance of campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
- Partner closely with digital strategy team to improve future content based on social listening reports
- Oversee community management and social listening activities to translate social sentiment/listening into ideas, actionable insights and strategy
- Benchmark and research competitor and industry leaders in social media. Constantly explore and evaluate new social platforms, tools, services and vendors and provide recommendations for optimization and growth to Director.
- Facilitate and lead communication with local markets by scheduling and driving ongoing global calls. Keep Markets up to date on content usage guidelines and content calendar to drive brand consistency
- Solid writing skills with knowledge of current trends/language in fashion and social landscape
- Keep teams and internal partners abreast of breaking industry news, best practices and new digital trends. Be a social media/digital marketing evangelist for brand
The accomplished individual will possess...
- BA or BS preferred.
- At least 4 - 6 years' experience developing and delivering online/digital marketing strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment required.
- 2 - 3 years hands on experience in social marketing campaigns. Web analytics/social listening knowledge and experience in pulling reporting, measuring campaign performance and analyzing metrics to support overall social strategy.
- Experience in executing campaigns and utilizing multiple social platforms to build awareness, engage new and existing customers and increase conversion via site, store and other potential points of purchase.
- Excellent communication, writing, project management, presentation, cross-functional collaboration and relationship building skills are critical.
- Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work consistently and urgently in fast-paced environment.
- Deep familiarity of and passion for social media communities and marketing approaches, with a keen eye towards innovation.
- Deep familiarity with social listening and analytics tools such as Dash Hudson, Sprinklr, NetBase, etc.
