Where the PR & Partnerships Manager fits:

You will be responsible for building best in class relationships with all MERABI talent, media and for creating unforgettable brand stories. Working within the Brand & Marketing team you’ll manage the PR & Partnerships team you’ll be a key MERABI ambassador and be responsible for building friendships with all press, media, talent and publication relationships. You'll keep a close eye on the events calendar and be sure that MERABI is seen at the coolest events globally and you will support the wider global marketing strategy too. 

Due to the global nature of our brand, you’ll have to have a flexible approach to your working hour times. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

- Lead our global influencer marketing strategy from ideation and planning to identification and negotiating partnerships
- Build, manage and develop the Partnerships Team 
- Building long-standing relationships with key journalist, partners, publications and industry spokespeople 
- Create, nurture and sustain relationships with talent globally with key journalists, partners, publications and industry spokespeople, stylists and creatives globally
- Proactively develop MERABI Moments; news angles, stories and pitches to further the MERABI name and profile
- Create contracts for collaborations when required 
- Be on top of global event calendars and ensure MERABI is seen on the most influential people
- Act as product expert for new and future priority product launches
- Work closely with the full marketing team to execute 360 marketing campaigns
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and playing a big part in being the face of the brand to all partners
- Manage all PR & partnerships databases and ensure all activity and information is well documented, tracked and kept up to date
- Create reports and presentations based on campaigns and KPIs

Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years experience working in PR and with talent / influencers 
- 4+ years in a PR & Communications role, ideally in a high-growth or fashion brand
- 4+ years experience managing people 
- Excellent communication skills with significant experience in copy-writing for a variety of media and communications
- A confident people person who can build relationships with ease
- Love of social media and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms
