Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for the APAC Region to join the team in Singapore, Hong Kong or Paris

About the role

As a member of our Global SEM team, you will be working with a diverse group of individuals based in France and the US. The location for this role is in Singapore/Hong Kong or France - location up to your choice, you will be in charge of directly managing the operationalization and optimization of SEM for the APAC region. You will also be involved closely in global SEM projects and strategy.

Reporting to our Global Head of SEM (based in Paris) as part of the Global SEM organization, you will help Vestiaire improve our SEM strategy and grow the APAC market, working closely with the marketing team in APAC. Your main mission is to operate and grow SEM for all the APAC countries, and on all types of channels (Textual, DSA, Shopping).

What you'll be doing

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Managing and optimizing campaigns (DSA, Textual, Shopping) to meet spends and ROI goals
  • Handling of day to day execution and monitoring of APAC performance across text and shopping campaigns
  • Working closely with the Global team and region counterparts Participate with the Team on tests to improve results
  • Developing a media plan and providing propositions to grow the business and performance from an SEM perspective
  • Measuring and reporting of performance regularly

APAC Point of Contact (POC)
  • Along with your role in SEM, you will be the representative for APAC performance marketing within the global performance marketing team
  • Collaborating with the APAC Marketing Team on regional campaign support, as well as localization needs (with a focus on Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia)
  • Coordinating closely with other channel owners within the global organization (App Install, Affiliation, Retargeting and SEO) on projects and needs for APAC. Your role will be to consolidate/manage the needs and then coordinate with various global channel owners to have these planned and implemented
  • Understanding the performance of the APAC region in each of these channels as well as the plans that each channel has to address any performance concerns to be able to communicate to global counterparts as well as the Regional APAC team
  • Collaborating with:
    • The Global SEM team on APAC SEM campaigns, global SEM tests and strategy
    • The Global Performance Marketing team to challenge them on channels not managed locally for APAC (Display, Retargeting, Paid App Install, etc.)
    • The APAC Branding team on creative briefings, best practice communication and branding strategy
    • The Global SEO team to ensure that traffic is maximized

Who you are
  • You have at least 2-5 years experience in SEM, with a specific flavor on retail
  • You are used to working in an international environment using English as working language
  • You are a passionate about Google Ads (bid strategies hold no secret for you)
  • You are familiar with Google Analytics and Merchant Center
  • You have good communications skills
  • You are based in Singapore/Hong Kong or France
  • You have an Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to grow business
  • Experience in eCommerce is a strong plus!
  • Mastering one or several Asian languages would be a strong plus
