Coordinator, Product Development

- Build and maintain Bill of Materials for retail product
- Manage, track, monitor and report on retail related orders from factory allocation to timely delivery of product
- Communicate daily with both overseas and domestic factories as well as with cross functional partners regarding status of production and any order deadlines
- Build and maintain sample tracking WIP for each Service Provider in Excel
- Coordinate the sending of development packages and corresponding materials to Service Provider
- Prepare shipping documents for sample materials in UPS & DHL system
- Track sample deliveries with UPS & DHL
- Update Costing in Excel Spreadsheets
- Special projects as assigned

The accomplished individual will possess...

- 3 year's experience in product development and production
- Experience working with both overseas and domestic factories strongly preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and data entry experience preferred
- Basic garment construction knowledge required
- Strong interpersonal skills for building working relationships within teams and supporting Creative Design teams.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong time management and organizational skills to establish priorities and meet specific timelines.
- Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural environment
- Passion for fashion & RTW product cycle
