The Logistics Optimization team's mission is to ensure a consistent and seamless order experience, maximizing its value, leveraging robust analytics to design and optimize our global operations. We are looking for a Business Analyst reporting to the Logistics Optimization Lead who shares the passion for finding answers to complex questions and is excited to join our company - and want to have some fun along the way.     • Support Logistics and cross-functional projects
    • Deep dive into complex issues to produce insightful and clear presentations, highlighting threats and opportunities
    • Challenge the business and provide innovative recommendations, collaborating with stakeholders at multiple levels and across multiple areas of the business
    • Identify opportunities for improvement based on data and business processes to contribute to Farfetch Operations cost efficiency and better customer experience
    • Work on key strategic projects and ad-hoc analysis and provide expertise and impact analyses
    • Leverage automation to better control our processes, to reduce manual work and to increase visibility over triggerable issues
    • Analyze end to end processes and propose improvement opportunities


    • 3+ years of experience in Operations
    • Passionate about Strategy, Operations, and Technology
    • Project management mindset
    • Skilled in problem solving and analytics
    • Experienced in Excel (can perform complex functions and use pivot tables), SQL and BI and data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
    • Fluent in English
