Are you used to working with international consignment partners? Do you live in the Netherlands and do you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience with consignment invoicing? Nice! At Scotch & Soda we are looking for our new Finance & Consignment Specialist to strengthen the OPS & Planning team in our Finance department.

Is hands-on your middle name and are you structured and precise? Great, because as a Finance & Consignment Specialist your main responsibility is to coordinate and support the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of the collaboration with our different consignment partners. You are a data-lover because you will process all sell through data in a correct and timely manner, in order to create weekly/monthly invoices. The position also includes other occasional back office and administration tasks. Plus, there is always the possibility to develop yourself and your knowledge while working on various projects with your colleagues.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Create invoices for all consignment partners
  • Monitor and reconcile sell through data
  • Coordinate on site inventory
  • Keeping frequent contact with customer service teams and sales representatives to coordinate various operational aspects
  • Keeping frequent contact with logistics about deliveries, stock transfers and other various operational aspects


About you

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Fluent in English and in Dutch; both written and spoken
  • Higher vocational education (HBO) level of understanding and ability;
  • Accurate, precise, structured, well organized & operational mindset;
  • You don't shy away from being critical and suggesting new ways of working;
  • You are hands-on;
  • Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is a pre
  • Experience in a Retail / Fashion environment is an absolute plus
  • Currently located in The Netherlands
