POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Manage the inventory for all CK stores in HK & Macau to ensure a healthy and accurate stock level at all time.
  • Monitor own site and market place inventory to accommodate a smooth in-store local fulfillment.
  • Provide sales, KPI and promotion related report & analysis.
  • Work closely with allocation team and logistic service provider to ensure smooth and on time deliery.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Coordinate & monitor stock (including non-merchandises e.g. paper bags, fixture etc.) and delivery timeline with DC, Planning & Allocation team, Merchandising team and Retail Operations team.

  • Monitor KPI related on store inventory in 4 product lines, including Calvin Klein Jeans / Underwear / Accessories / Performance e.g. Stock shrinkage, cycle count, defective, transfer between store and DC.

  • Consolidate stores' product related enquiries, follow up product deliveries and communicate with stores on new launch or product information.

  • Provide accurate sales performance information, KPI & promotion related reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, compiling and completing reports and analysis.

  • Manage SAP/Fiori operations related function including store open/close, STO and inventory management, clearing CAR etc. in order to ensure the month end closing can be smoothly proceed.
  • Manage and ensure the own site and market place inventory is always enough for local fulfillment and provide in time suggestion to keep healthy inventory.

  • Manage Xstore/ ORCE related functions such promotion set up, involve UAT for all POS related enhancement and work closely with CRM team on VIP program related matters

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years related experience, preferred in apparel industry.

  • Education: University degree or equivalent

  • Skills:
  • Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
  • Mature, positive thinking and attention to detail
  • Self-driven & proactive working attitude with strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong analysis skill; ability to make sound decision with minimal guidance
  • Works well under pressure
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • Skilled at Windows Office software skill, esp. Excel
