Manager Membership Engagement (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • In alignment with company and Direct-To-Consumer strategy, create and drive membership engagement strategy from scratch to achieve short- and long-term ambitions
  • Lead and manage membership activation program (earn and burn) with the ambition to further improve membership user experience
  • Manage and drive the success of membership referral program (member and product referral)
  • Maintenance and ongoing improvement of existing digital touchpoints like E-Commerce & brand site as well as product registration 
  • Plan, manage and improve membership incentives and benefits (commercial and emotional) 
  • Plan, build and execute a membership engagement calendar with monthly activations and communication 
  • Develop membership segment and build automated membership communication + lifecycle communication with analytics team 
  • Collaborate with membership analytics team to build membership engagement reports including KPIs 
  • People management of one dedicated headcount in 2022


Your profile of qualification:

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience within the areas of Digital activation, brand marketing, E-Commerce & membership engagement
  • Experience in leading new initiatives as well as loyalty and membership programs preferred in the luxury good industry 
  • Understanding of both commercial and engagement consumer / member journeys
  • Proven track record within E-Commerce and own retail, specifically within loyalty or membership programs
  • Experience with meticulous data-based decision making grounded in consumer behavior
  • Ambition and flexibility to build something new from scratch 
  • Excellent communication skills and inspiring to bring together and influence cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English language skills, German would be a plus as well as willingness to travel between our Bayreuth HQ and our Munich office
