Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Full Marketing responsibility for the new Business Unit Wheelgoods including budget and ensure a 360° view and alignment over all departments, e.g. Product Marketing, Campaign, Trade, Digital, PR, Social, International Marketing
  • Assure a consistent and strong communication across all consumer touchpoints bringing to life CYBEX brand 
  • Develop a Marketing strategy for the division that goes beyond pure product driven communication, cementing CYBEX’ role as the industry leader and a most desirable brand for parents
  • Together with the digital team drive the digital transformation of the Business Unit capitalizing on the arising opportunities (e.g. membership, e-commerce global expansion)
  • Capitalize on and drive Design Collaborations and internally designed Fashion Collections enhancing CYBEX’ visibility in the right channels
  • Identify new and existing talent to collaborate with and push partnerships to closure
  • Identify trends and use market insights to create the most effective content, track and analyse the performance of partnerships
  • Working closely with the other Business Units, lead execution of specific projects ensuring cross channel alignment and well-timed campaign
  • Lead and development of go-to-market tools for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and tactical marketing initiatives
  • Be the Business Unit Brand Guardian onboarding and overseeing internal and external partners to protect the CYBEX brand affinity
  • Challenge input briefs, identify gaps or inconsistencies in order to facilitate an efficient creative kick off and end to end execution 
  • Oversee the overall communications calendar to forecast and define the capacity requirements and project milestones and support the creative team owning the communication of status updates to project leads and stakeholders


Your profile of qualification:

  • Several years of experience in a similar leadership position
  • In depth home decor, furniture and art knowledge in the luxury industry 
  • Work independently but also have the ability to be a part of a team environment
  • Detail oriented & excellent time management skills as well as able to multitask and prioritize quickly
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with passion for problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues, and proven history to produce projects
  • Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills especially in English
