About the role

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Tech Recruiter based in our HQs of Paris, who's keen on helping a growing international company scale with efficiency. The Lead Tech Recruiter is responsible for a team of 3 and reports to the Talent Manager. Your mission is to manage and pilot the Tech Talent Recruiters and to actively contribute to the development of the tech, data and product Teams by participating in a full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing candidate pipeline and boosting our tech employer branding.

What you'll be doing
  • Collaborate with the Talent Manager to develop and improve our recruitment strategy
  • Manage, pilot and grow the team of Tech Talent Recruiters
  • Build relationships and cooperate with our hiring managers, Core Members to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategy by creating a trustworthy relationship with the teams
  • Develop, drive and lead an efficient sourcing strategy for Senior Talents
  • Lead the full life cycle of talent acquisition : publish job opportunities on our career page and on all relevant job boards, source active and passive candidates, conduct interviews & assessment,...
  • Act as our best culture advocate : understand Vestiaire Collective's culture to spread it to the candidates and make sure that the chosen talents are aligned with our values
  • Ensuring an amazing candidate experience, with a fluent communication and qualitative answers
  • Provide weekly report on your team recruitment activity
  • Build, develop and actively participate into Talent Team projects (e.g. Hiring Academy, ATS, school relations, employer branding).

About you
  • Minimum 6 years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years as a Lead/Manager ideally from start-up / scale up companies
  • A recent track record of hiring hard to find technology talents
  • Excellent knowledge of the tech environment and understanding of the competitive landscape for talents
  • Dynamic with an ability to innovate and propose the right solutions
  • A passion for embracing diversity and inclusion in the hiring process
  • Innovative searching methods and familiarity with relevant tools and internal programs (ATS, referral programs, job boards, Linkedin,...)
  • Smooth communication and great writing skills
  • Fluent in English and in French.

Last but not least, you know how to work into a fast-paced environment, you have strong organization skills and most of all, a positive team spirit.
