The Sales Assistant will support the global sales team with a focus on sales operations, order management, shipping, sample coordination, after sales, and selling & reporting tools. This position will coordinate with account managers, cross-functional teams and wholesale partners to complete business tasks and deliverables.


Sales Support

  • Complete follow through on sales orders from entry to validation to shipping to payment
  • Liaise with logistics and order management to resolve customer after sales / quality issue claims
  • Manage sample distribution for wholesale e-commerce and marketing
  • Partner with cross-functional Depts. to develop seasonal training tools
  • Prepare & deliver relevant information prior to launching deliveries
  • Assist AM and management to support the division as needed

Reporting & Analysis

  • Compile & analyze weekly & monthly sales reporting
  • Support AM with market preparation analysis – sales, inventory, on-order
  • Track & report on deliverables such as co-op advertising, training, VM
  • Ad-hoc analysis to devise and support business directives
  • Serve as a point person for system usage needs & enhancements

Market Support (4 markets per year)

  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of market set-up, execution and wrap-up
  • Budget management
  • Assist in selling presentation for virtual & showroom appointments
  • Support team on all market-related activities


  • Minimum Education: 4 Year college degree
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 1 - 2 years in fashion wholesale and/or retail buying
  • Travel may be required


  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
