Supply Chain Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

Totême is looking for a Supply Chain Manager (maternity leave cover) to join the team in Stockholm. As Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for the goods flow and oversee all 3PL operations. You will work cross-functionally with many internal and external contacts and oversee the work of two Supply Chain Coordinators. 

The role

• Responsible for the evaluation and development of the supply chain strategy
• Plan and oversee the inbound and outbound delivery flows
• Responsible for negotiation and set-up of contracts with 3PL and transport providers
• Ensure that customs requirements are met
• Oversee all activities for 3PL warehouses and ensure optimal performance. Have full understanding of the service agreement between Totême and the 3PL and regularly evaluate the performance and focus on continuous improvement
• Responsible for inventory accuracy and reports to the finance department
• Regular analysis of costs of movement of goods and benchmarking against alternative providers or services
• Develop and improve internal processes and business systems through projects of different sizes
• Conduct feedback meetings with team members

Your profile

• Relevant experience from a similar role preferably with an international fashion/retail company
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics operations and warehouse management
• Skilled user of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Ongoing WMS, Specter and Zedonk (prefered)
• Previous experience of setting up 3PL warehouse

This is a full time, 12 month maternity cover based at Totême’s Stockholm office. The start date is flexible but preferably sometime in January 2022.
