Our global communications team consists of public relations, social media and event management, and is based at our headquarters in Munich. The PR team is responsible for maintaining corporate PR strategy, overseeing global media responsibility and managing influencer seeding. The social media team handles all Mytheresa channels from Instagram and Facebook to Weibo and Wechat, making sure we are connected with customers across the globe. And finally, the events team works tirelessly to execute events in partnership with our brands in cities around the world – think Paris, London, Seoul, Madrid, Venice and more.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Intern Social Media (f/m/d) for our office in Munich.

  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience working or using Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Weibo, WeChat & Little Red Book both professionally or personally is essential

• Work with the social team to brainstorm and execute special projects, events and campaigns

• Write copy for social media posts

• Trend, user and competitor research

• Compile a monthly presentation on our activities on all platforms at the end of every calendar month

• Respond to customer questions and comments on the social platforms

• Assist with organizing and maintaining the social content calendar

• Track, analyze and report on social media performance

• Research new social media platforms that could strengthen our activities

• Keep up-to-date on all fashion trends by researching a range of publications both on and offline as well as researching social media trends

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced studies and practical experience in PR or Social Media

• Fluency in English required, other languages a plus

• Excellent analytic and reporting skills a must

• Background or interest in photography a plus

• Experience generating Excel reports a plus

• High affinity for high-end fashion as well as online media

• Excellent communication skills and an open and positive appearance

• You are a team-oriented, strong and concentrated worker, time pressure is not a problem

• You organize your tasks with care as well as independently and responsibly
