JOB SUMMARY

Tory Burch is looking for a Contract Talent Coordinator for an approximate one year contract. The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development Partner in coordinating all full time and contractor interviews for our Client Services Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Complete scheduling for Recruiter and Talent Partners for internal permanent and contractor recruitment
  • Update and extend contractor end dates in Workday
  • Open and close contractor roles in Workday as the volume changes throughout the year
  • Communicate with all candidates, agencies and hiring managers to create a consistent and streamlined interview process
  • Maintain candidate trackers for both Full Time and Contractor roles
  • Send out all calendar invites to hiring manager, candidates and agencies
  • Keep track of candidate flow from resume review through to hire


EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • 1-3 years of coordinating or scheduling experience
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills with experience using a web-based ATS required. Workday experience is a plus
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks
