JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager EUME will drive regional marketing priorities and lead overarching seasonal integrated marketing strategies in line with UK/EU business needs to support the business online and offline, with a focus on our DTC customer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure global strategies, messages and priorities are supported and reflected at a regional level and adapted where relevant in line with local business needs;
  • Ensure alignment across UK/EU and global cross functional teams on all regional marketing campaigns, activations and promotional events;
  • Development and oversight of comprehensive creative briefs in partnership with the global cross-functional teams to ensure full marketing support for each campaign/activation/promotional event for full cross-channel roll out - launch timings, messaging and communication cadence, asset development (email, site, paid social, digital branding, retail);
  • Develop 360 strategic brand partnerships that combine digital and retail activations;
  • Drive local retail marketing programs, events and activations in support of business and local customer engagement strategies in partnership with CRM;
  • Support and scale local retail marketing efforts to drive community engagement;
  • Develop materials and tools to support store-led marketing programs;
  • Develop media plans and local digital branding campaigns in line with regional priorities to amplify local brand awareness and to drive ecommerce traffic/sales;
  • EU Marketing Programs budget management (definition, execution and oversight);
  • Lead overarching UK/EU outlet marketing strategy. Ensure full marketing support across outlet ecommerce and retail to maximize local brand awareness, product discoverability and sales;
  • Dedicated Value Retail marketing strategy with full ongoing support (brand permissions, ad hoc requests, monthly campaigns with supporting asset packs to drive product messaging/maximize communications features across their platforms);
  • Manage relationships and communications with outlet partners ensuring they have the tools to support our brand at a local level and monitor all partner communications to ensure brand alignment (brand features, use of brand assets and supporting copy/tone of voice);
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for a variety of audiences, including senior leadership.


EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • 5+ years of experience in a multi-channel marketing role;
  • Strong understanding of digital with online marketing and e-commerce experience;
  • Experience working within luxury fashion;
  • Strong interest in fashion, fashion publishing, e-commerce and industry trends;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful strategies and campaigns, from development to implementation and analysis;
  • Strong analytical, project management and communication skills;
  • Highly creative and can develop new ideas to be a leader in the industry;
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach, good instincts for prioritization and the ability to work under a high-pressure, fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to identify and develop relationships with key internal and external partners;
  • Degree educated (or equivalent);
  • Computer Literate (MS Office);
  • Organized and time efficient, proven experience of meeting deadlines;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Ability to speak and write English and Italian;
  • French or German language considered a plus;
  • Ability to travel overseas if needed.
