MARKETING AND PRESS INTERN

As Marketing and Press intern you will:

• Oversee  all sample send outs for editorial consideration
• Contribute to weekly & monthly Press reporting and creating press packets to distribute internally
• Track press placements using our calendar and press tracker
• Upload visual and commercial assets to our shared drive
• Manage and update editor information in the contacts database
• Maintain the media lists for each client up to date 
• Coordinate and support marketing initiatives alongside the Press and Marketing team
• Assisting with gifting initiatives
• Preparing agendas, sending calendar invites and keeping minutes for all relevant meetings 
• Contribute to content ideation and design ideas for all digital and social channels. 
• Brainstorm and execute promotional and customer engagement initiatives 
• Assist Ecommerce team with weekly web content updates and seasonal collection uploads. 
• Assist in organizing the marketing assets and ecommerce storage ensuring easy navigation and stock accuracy
• Contribute to photo shoot coordination
• Research influencers across geographies
• Monitor website content accuracy: pricing, images, copy
• Research and review online marketplace activity and report on relevant initiatives

The ideal person will have/be:

• A luxury and fashion background and a willingness to thrive in competitive environments 
• Well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people in a fast-paced fashion environment.
• A team player and will be willing to support across all company teams
• A positive attitude and will be keen to embrace new challenges and find solutions to upcoming problems in a timely manner
• Will think outside the box and will be resourceful when it comes to actioning tasks 
• Will be extremely detail oriented and task focused 
• Fluent in English and any additional language is a plus
