Are you passionate about the continuous development and optimization of order management and omnichannel processes? We are looking for a part-time Order Manager eCommerce (m/f/d) for the Operations Management Digital Retail department as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

• Continuous further development and optimization of order management and omnichannel processes in eCommerce
• Participation and responsibility in integrative projects for the further development of the growing eCommerce business of HUGO BOSS
• Independent planning and coordination of topics with all stakeholders
• Support of implementations, system tests and monitoring of the operative business
• Coordination and processing of requests from stakeholders (Customer Care, Logistics and Finance)
• Responsibility for order monitoring, including error reporting, error analysis, and troubleshooting follow-up
• Preparation of reports with data-based recommendations for action in coordination with relevant stakeholders

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or a similar field of study
• More than 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of eCommerce
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a confident manner in dealing with various stakeholders
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Interest in processes and a high IT affinity
• MS-Office skills
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
• Very good English skills
