The Costa Brazil team is looking for a Marketing and Content Coordinator. A successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be extremely organized, and have the ability to manage the logistics of multiple projects simultaneously. You will have a beauty, wellness, fashion or retail background and the ability to be nimble and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment. This role will work with the digital marketing team and report into the VP, Content and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

    • Support in the day-to-day scheduling of the integrated marketing and content calendars.
    • Support in copywriting and content creation for social, website, CRM, printed matter.
    • Support in community building communications on social media accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) while maintaining the brands tone and voice.
    • Actively monitor social channels to identify trends and commonly asked questions, and share findings with cross-functional teams (e.g. NPD, Marketing, Creative, etc) to impact business.
    • Support in analyzing and reporting performance (follower growth, reach, engagement, etc.) for all social media platforms.
    • Brief asset needs to Creative team on a weekly basis.
    • Research and identify micro influencers for future campaigns and collaborations; support with influencer and PR sends.
    • Participate in brainstorms, content and campaign ideation across all platforms.
    • Coordinate aspects of PR and influencer mailings; product samples, elevated mailers, brand collateral, etc.
    • Manage the Marketing and PR office inventory.
    • Support miscellaneous team needs and events (shipping, set up, clean up, etc.) as needed.
    • Support VP in schedule and external agency communications as needed.


Required Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years' experience at a beauty, wellness or fashion brand.
    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • Strong proficiency managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
    • Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to manage workflow efficiently.
    • Perceptive and empathetic; proactively anticipates customer needs and adapts to a diverse range of customer situations.
    • Ability to adapt to change, meeting the changing demands of the work.
    • Good social skills, with a genuine positive attitude and behavior and a passion for being the face of the brand.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • Self-disciplined and motivated in a fast-paced environment that requires creativity and strong attention to detail.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Embrace Costa Brazil ethos and brand pillars.


Preferred Qualifications:

    • Passion for skincare / wellness beauty industry; understanding of clean beauty, biotech, and conservation efforts a plus.
