JOB SUMMARY

The VP of Global Licensing will have strategic oversight and General Management accountability across Fragrance & Beauty, Eyewear, and Watch businesses. Working closely with our three Licensees and in collaboration with design and key internal stakeholders, this leader will be responsible for brand strategy and leading our integrated partnership approach through to successful execution across DTC and partner channels globally.
  • Strategic oversight to drive Eyewear, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watch growth globally in collaboration with our License partners
  • Division leadership with key internal partnerships across Design, Creative, Marketing and PR, as well as Regional and Channel leaders
  • Accountability to Net Sales and Division P&L, as well as DTC contribution and margin targets
  • Partner with founder, brand executives, and licensees to support TB product and positioning strategy that supports brand, category, and commercial goals.
  • Collaboration to drive impact and scale across licensed categories
  • Optimize contribution, reach, and footprint that support brand vision, commercial and client objectives
  • Oversee vision through to execution across global DTC and third-party distribution
  • Lead and inspire a talented team


EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
  • Strong analytical and business acumen
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong collaboration and creative problem-solving skills
  • 12-15 years' experience working in consulting or dynamic retail organizations
