Junior Accountant (Foreign Entities)

JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT (FOREIGN ENTITIES)

For our all-star, growing Finance & Administration team, we are seeking an enthusiastic, Junior Accountant (Foreign Entities) who will be involved in the daily management of accounting activities related to The Level Group’s UK and USA subsidiaries and therefore must be proficient in English.

What you'll do:

• Support the process of monthly issuance of invoices to partners
• Support the operating activities related to the sales workflow
• Undertake partners and customers statement reconciliations
• Book accounts receivable invoices and undertake aging reconciliations
• Support the bank and cash collection reconciliation activities
• Support the monthly closing and reconciliation of VAT/Sales Tax/etc. activities
• Ad hoc reports and duties

What we're looking for:

• Fluency in English and Italian both written and spoken
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business
• Proficiency in Excel
• Good knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
• Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines and show flexibility
• Excellent eye for detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with both internal and external contacts
• Ability to work hard as part of a growing team as well as proactive and able to show initiative
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision will be an advantage, but not essential
