Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Marketing Manager for Southeast Asia to join the team in Singapore.

About the role

As the Marketing Manager, SEA you will be responsible to implement the global marketing strategy for Vestiaire Collective, working closely with internal and also local teams to create the most engaging experience for our 10 million members community, and drive business results.

What you'll be doing
  • Research and understand your key target audience in your markets, with a current focus on Singapore and Malaysia
  • Build Vestiaire Collective's brand awareness in your market and grow the community of fashion activists through a variety of channels (marketing, PR, social)
  • Own the marketing strategy development and implementation working hand in hand with the global marketing functions
  • Build the annual marketing calendar with the Marketing & Business teams, containing the full activation plan, campaign playbooks with guidelines and associated budget
  • Come up with innovative campaigns ideas (partnerships, events, social activation etc.) and for each marketing campaign:
    • develop compelling and creative concepts adapted to global marketing frameworks
    • set campaign objectives and performance targets for each major campaign, with rationale, anticipation of results and ROI
    • execute all key aspects of the campaign
  • Analyse and report performance of marketing activities and the impact on in-app KPIs : brand awareness and MAU being your key KPIs

Who you are
  • Up to 5 years marketing and PR experience ideally in online fashion retail
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, fashion or communications
  • A strong level of passion to effectively tell Vestiaire Collective's story
  • Ambitious self-starter that is proactive and results driven
  • Thrives in dynamic, uncertain and fast-moving environments, a hustler
  • Strong attention to detail and not afraid to roll-up sleeves and lead by example
  • Strong, highly relevant SEA editor contacts and understanding of the social landscape (especially in Singapore and Malaysia markets)
  • Strong knowledge of the APAC fashion industry and consumer landscape
  • Passion for sustainable fashion is a plus!
