LEGAL

We are an award-winning full service in-house Legal, Ethics and Compliance function. We're based in the UK, Russia, Portugal, China, Italy, UAE and the US. We provide leadership and advice on strategic projects across all business units, whilst developing our role as an integrated partner within the business to make sure FARFETCH goes from strength to strength.

NEW YORK

Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best connected office neighborhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting.

THE ROLE

The Legal, Ethics & Compliance Team at Farfetch is growing to support us through the next phase of its ambitious plans. Reporting directly to the Director, Ethics & Compliance you will enjoy being part of a growing, global team. We're looking for a Learning & Development professional who has experience developing ethics and compliance trainings and communications, and is excited to join a team developing a comprehensive excellent ethics and compliance program that is true to the Farfetch values.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will support communication, training, and awareness of our global ethics and compliance program
    • You will design and roll-out a targeted ethics and compliance training program for defined audiences through Farfetch's learning management system and ethics and compliance software, including onboarding trainings, targeted trainings, and periodic re-training
    • You will design and draft ethics and compliance communication campaigns that promote a culture of compliance and ensure risk mitigation
    • You will work with global team members to localize policies, communications, and training content (e.g., for language, local regulations)
    • You will help draft new policies and procedures
    • You will help integrate acquired businesses into the Farfetch group
    • You will always look for ways to improve the ethics & compliance program at Farfetch


WHO YOU ARE

    • You have a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
    • You have 5+ years of compliance, learning & development and/or employee communications experience (ideally, a combination of the three!). Experience working at a high-growth company would be beneficial
    • You are knowledgeable about compliance areas related to the Farfetch program
    • Compliance related certifications (e.g. CFE, CCEP-I) would be beneficial
    • You champion inclusivity and can customize communications and trainings to fit a varying audiences and learning styles
    • You are a team player who is motivated and ideas driven
    • You enjoy getting into the detail and have an eye for spotting errors
