About the Role

As a key member of the Finance Leadership team, the Head of Finance for Growth and Digital will report directly to the CFO for Growth, Digital, and Operations. This position will assume a strategic role in new business ventures and decision support, and will also have primary day-to-day FP&A oversight for its business teams. This role will also focus on supporting M&A activities and and standing up new businesses, and will be an integral part of our organizational growth efforts. You will be responsible for aligning financial strategies to the business in support of growth. There is a significant leadership element to this role as there will be a requirement to manage and influence across the company.

What You'll Do

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the FP&A for Growth and Digital such as annual budget, digital finance strategy, and long-range plans, which includes constructing corporate financial frameworks and driving cross-brand, company-wide strategies. Provide timely insights into KPI and performance metrics through the monthly forecast process, enabling real time and informed business decisions at the enterprise level
  • Align financial strategies to the business and drive investment in financial growth; proactively evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies.
  • Act as primary contact to the Finance leadership team for projected near- and long-term new business performance
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Inc. leadership teams to identify needs and seek full range of business solutions
  • Lead a small team through complex processes. Need ability to recruit, develop, engage and motivate high performing team through ability to communicate, empower, and lead through varying business climates
  • Drive focus on stakeholders (customers, partners and competitors), foster an entrepreneurial mind-set geared at problem solving.

Who You Are

  • Deep expertise in Finance, including Corporate FP&A, M&A, and business insights
  • Experience in companies experiencing broad scale change and rapid growth
  • Understanding and knowledge of technology services and digital businesses
  • Well versed in a wide range of business models, including service, advertising, and retail business models
  • Experience in standing up new businesses and driving financial success, anticipating growth trajectory, and appropriately responding with financial strategies and modeling
  • Proven ability to connect the dots on how value gets created, drive growth, and profitability
  • Ability to use analytics to support complex decisions; understands the dynamics of digital and analytics and what they do for the economics of the business and retail industry
  • Ability to lead with agility, pivoting resources to the Company's most pressing issues and strategic vision.
  • Capable of strategically influencing business partners through diplomacy, building consensus, negotiating, and exercising leadership skills
