About the Role

The Assistant Merchandiser will execute seasonal strategies that meet or exceed site experience goals throughin-season content management andsite analysis.This role will partner closely with the Site Lead and Division Merchandiser to execute in-season strategies, manage product and category pages,and provide the customer with a conversion driving product experience.

What You'll Do

  • Continuallyanalyze, execute, and provide improvements tothe customer experienceas it relates to category and product page content.
  • Keep Division Merchandiser informed on category and navigation performance byprovidinginformation oncustomer learnings, shopping patterns, andproductperformance.
  • Reviewthe site daily with customer-first mindset and make site updates as needed.
  • Act as an active participant in thealignmentofProduct Knowledge, Photography, andSite Structure, andProduct Detail Pages.
  • Ensureaccurate fit and style details are properly communicated to customers through thecategory and productpages.
  • Attendweekly divisional site meetings to ensure clarity on the execution ofsite and e-mail marketing.
  • Analyzetrends and historical dataat categorylevelin order to manage in-season opportunities or risksand make relevant site updates.
  • Understande-commerceenvironment:proactively seek market knowledge through exposure to competitive websites.
  • Create and maintain a record of marketed styles toensure site & marketing stories are protected andsite presentationis impactful.


Who You Are

  • Proactive, strong attention to detail, effective time management & organizational skills
  • Demonstrate strong listening, verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Possesscustomer-centric mindset
  • Strong process orientation and ability to understand system dependencies is a must
  • Adaptable to diverse audiences, environments, and situations
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners
  • BA or equivalent experience required
  • 2-3 years of merchandising, retail buying or equivalent experience
  • Self-starter and highly motivated, capable of balancing multiple priorities working in a fast-paced,team environment
  • Adaptable to diverse audiences, environments, and situations
