We are looking for an enthusiastic CRM technical Lead who understands the nuts and bolts of Customer Relationship Management systems and how to use your knowledge & expertise to manage and lead technical solutions that allow us to achieve our overall CRM business goals.

As a CRM technical lead, you will be considered a learned profession that applies your domain expertise in support of operational objectives, make sure our technical set up and solutions are future proof and primarily being a key pillar to support our campaign-, customer data & loyalty and CRM reporting & analytics team in order to implement key strategic CRM initiatives; database growth, lifecycle & data-driven campaigns, customer profiling & loyalty, and segmentation tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Managing our CRM technology landscape and integrations with our overall IT ecosystem
  • Demonstrate technical expertise to design & manage CRM solutions
  • Collaborate closely with our external agency team to ensure consistent, productive solution delivery
  • Support our campaign-, customer data & loyalty and CRM reporting & analytics team in order to implement solutions that fit our CRM business needs.
  • Work with wider digital, IT & Retail teams to implement new initiatives that are commercially viable and customer centric
  • Launch innovative initiatives to manage & optimize the technicalities and set-up of the platforms we use in our CRM ecosystem


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in working with Marketing Automation & CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience of building email campaigns within an ESP platform is essential
  • Experience in building advanced segments and customer journey mapping
  • Preferably experience with technical languages such as SQL, HTML, AMPscript, Server-Side Javascript
  • Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders, managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Self-starter who takes ownership for the projects and tasks with the ability to work quickly and efficiently with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy. Can-do attitude and great initiative
  • Experience in fashion / retail / marketing / digital preferable
  • Flexible and enjoy working in high pace, fast moving and changing environment
