The Team

The Ecommerce team is responsible for managing the European owned-and-operated tommy.com and calvinklein.com sites across all European markets. The team executes all necessary functions to manage the Ecommerce business end-to-end. Both brands are growing at a rapid pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years.

As the Ecommerce business, is one of the main growth opportunities, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecommerce expansion for both own-and-operated Ecom, as well as third-party websites and platforms.

This position will support the development of the Ecommerce Partner Program (marketplace business model), which is a new sales channel for our Ecommerce business.

The Position

As the Jr. Manager Partner Program Trade, you will play an instrumental role in driving the growth of our newly created Partner Program (marketplace) business model with our leading European eCom accounts. You will be responsible for executing the trading strategy for our Partner accounts by aligning closely with our brand teams to ensure pre-season buying and in-season assortment trading is executed with excellence, to support and drive our fast-growing ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive day to day actions, being the POC for all Partner Program related account inquiries and actions.
  • Account responsibility for our Partner Program accounts, owning Top and Bottom line ambitions across our markets and channels.
  • Responsible for enabling our PP account and assortment strategy, consumer experience enablers, reporting and active in-season management. Monitor KPI's that allow for a smooth steering of the overall PP business, in-line with contractual obligations and business goals
  • Support in assessing the commercial & operational capabilities of a potential partner & ensuring they adhere to our minimum standards
  • Use data insights for ad-hoc analysis needs to steer the Partner Program trading
  • Support in process creation and documentation that will allow to automate and scale our internal processes

  • A passion for eCom, Digital and marketplace developments
  • Able to collaborate effectively, building success with a larger team
  • Highly motivated and flexible; solution orientated to business challenges
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in spreadsheet analyses
  • PowerPoint skills coupled with good communication and presentation skills
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and work on complex ecommerce business solutions and processes
  • Focused on achieving results & confident to take on accountability to deliver to expectations
  • Quick to learn new systems and tools
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum 2 years ecommerce professional experience in a Buying, Planning, Trading relevant role; track record in Partner Program is a big plus
