The Team

You will be part of the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger CRO team within the CX team. Your role is key in creating the experiments that drive the CK platform forward. You will be working closely with our analysts and designers in creating and validating the best possible experiences for our users

The Position
In this role, you will improve the performance and online experience of our Ecommerce platforms by collaborating with UX/UI designers, Product Owners, other CRO specialists and different stakeholders. Together you will make sure it not only meets the needs of our consumers but also captivates and engages them. As a team we work agile, data driven and with an innovative spirit, always making sure we are on top of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with different stakeholders and development teams to make sure we test what's relevant for the business and implement the winning experiments correctly
  • You advise on potential test results & change implementations, test feasibility and potential timing based on good understating of our roadmap, business and CRO priorities
  • Keep an eye open for new test ideas feeding our research backlog; challenge status quo by finding "problems"/ opportunities on the site and come up with fitting hypothesis
  • Own CRO tools from an implementation point of view: tag container implementation, data integration, cookies set up and maintenance etc.
  • Attend senior consultancy meetings for idea generation and clarification; get the ball rolling with implementation: what deliverables are needed, timing, potential overlap with other tests etc.
  • Monitor test performance during runtime and act on it: bugs? Unexpected effects of the change we are testing? Negative impact that becomes significant? - Stop the test, analyze, new QA, adjust development etc.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a team player who loves to challenge the status quo by initiating and executing valuable CRO experiments and wants to bring our European Tommy.com business to the next level. You have a strong 'can do' mentality and are not afraid to make decisions; your ideas and initiatives will be valued and you'll be very proud to see them being implemented on Tommy.com when proven winners!
  • You bring 2 years e-commerce experience in CRO / UX / Analytics + front-end development (experience with Optimizely is a must)
  • Understanding of AB testing methods, able to challenge and refine test ideas, build a strong hypothesis, business-case based, identify the best and most relevant KPIs, use segmentation and think in "personalized" consumer journeys
  • Front-end development JavaScript knowledge (React JS)- experience with tag containers (Tealium) & with developing in AB testing tools e.g. Optimizely
  • You are a great communicator: able to manage and align several business stakeholders & CRO team, present, manage expectations, defend your priorities and outcome/advice.
  • Positive attitude, energy, great desire to learn and passion to contribute and see results!
  • You love data and are able to validate your assumptions by digging into Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • You are not afraid to propose out of the box ideas but always support them with data. And, you know where to find the funniest GIFs to spice up your demo slides for your stakeholders!
  • Key learning and development areas are: e-commerce data analysis, UX & usability, CRO way of working, critical-thinking, consumer centricity, front-end development, case-building & presentation skills, managing internal stakeholders and external vendors.
