PVH Europe (PVHE), owner of brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, is on a mission to redefine the fashion industry - for good. The Technology department is a key enabler of that mission; its own vision is to become disruptive technology champions who accelerate world-changing fashion.

To drive thedigitalstrategy, internal business optimization and agile practices, wecreated an Agile Center of Excellence (ACE) that helpsembed an agile mindset within the company.

ACE is a dedicated team of AgileCoacheswho identify, collect,and share best practices to provide teamswith a collection of tools to aid in their journey towards becoming high-performing autonomous teams, thatdeliver true value to the customer in a speedy manner.

They educatethe organizationinwhat it means to be an agile businessandleadership in what it means to be a servant leader in an agile organization.

You are someone who:

  • Is passionate about everything around the Agile Mindset andcan help teamstostart believing in the benefits of the Agile Mindset, too.

  • Can helpleadershipat all levels of the organization to understand the benefits of working agile.
  • Has facedculturalchallengesand has become a coachfor stakeholdersinaddressingand solvingthemon a strategic level.
  • Has experienced the power of high-performing teamsfirsthandand who knows how effective they can be.
  • Is not content with average performing teams, and who wants to be pushing thelimits.
  • Has experience in how to embeddatadrivenbehaviorsinteams.

  • Canbringthe scrum masters,POs,and teams to the nextlevel.
  • Is passionate about communication, group dynamics and coaching andisnot afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments from the teams.
  • Haspassion to learn and explore new ways of working andcanapplythis knowledgein the company inpragmaticway.
  • Paysattention to detail and takesimmense pridein your work.

  • Has excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form.
  • Is a team player using your strengths to the benefit of theorganization.

  • Nurtureself-organizing, high performing teams through servant leadership.

  • Coach leadership on business agility.

Experience & Competency Skills:

  • Overall 10+ years of experience and 5-6 years of experience as an Agile coach or similar role.
  • A passion for Agile, Lean and Growth Mindsets.

  • Experience in scaling agility across the organization.
  • Experience conductingAgile Trainingsboth in-person and virtually.
  • Certified scrum master/scrum practitioner.
  • Knowledge ofand/or experience with Kanban.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.

  • Facilitation, coaching, conflict management skill.
  • Coached Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

  • A strong background in agile/digitaltransformation.
  • Effective communicationskills and an open personality.
  • Excellentunderstanding of stakeholder relationships.
  • Build strong partnershipsacross the organization.

This means all of our teams, including HR, work a bit differently*.Our Recruiting process is conducted remotely, primarily via phone and video calls. New hires will be welcomed through an adapted, at-home onboarding program. Equipment will be delivered safely to your front doors.

We will continue to work this way until September 2021, and are looking to shape a more hybrid work-from-home / office model in the coming months.
