POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage annual training plan for PVH Beijing office and retail stores for both Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands. Lead all L&D projects in Beijing market and some national wide L&D projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Manage the entire retail training business for PVH Beijing market and ensure the national Learning & Development strategy can be well cascaded towards Beijing office and stores associates
  • Explore business needs from Beijing retails stores of both Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands in order to set Annual Training Plan for the whole market of more than 100 retail stores
  • Independently manage roll-out timeline of all the training projects and ensure the Annual Curriculum to be executed timely with high quality
  • Collect feedback from learners and their line managers to make improvement plan of how to continuously raise the effectiveness of training programs
  • Upgrade training content & materials on the annual or half year base which can be used throughout the whole China
  • Lead national wide Learning & Development projects assigned by Retail Training Manager
  • Provide induction plan and orientation training for all new joiners in Beijing office
  • Manage online training platforms as the role of Administrator and Content Manager, ie. PVH U, Insider, Retail APP
  • Explore learning resources from the marketplace and manage external training vendors to provide high quality values to PVH retail training content pool
  • Work closely with other L&D team members to maintain the alignment across different geographies
  • Conduct training or roll out L&D projects outside Beijing market upon business needs, ie. Guangzhou Retail stores' training or Chengdu Franchisee's training
  • Support Retail Training Manager to connect with Region office on any China market or Regional wide projects
  • Support on local HR initiatives and activities like annual dinner, I&D, CSR events, campus recruitment, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • At least 8 years' work experience including minimum 3 years' experience as trainer and 5 years' experience in the retail industry.

Skills:
  • Strong passion in Training and with mature training skills
  • Satisfying English level, fluent oral speaking and smooth writing
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business units and have high impact to internal customers
  • Strong project and time management skills;
  • Fast learner & willing to learn
  • Sense of working independently with quality
  • Strong office skills, excellent in PPT, Word, Excel, etc.

Education:
  • Bachelor Degree or above
