About the Role

Supports Total Rewards Team with data collection, analysis, research, and data driven recommendations for delivery & execution of Total Rewards programs and key initiatives in order to amplify the Employee Value Proposition.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborates with multiple stakeholders across Total Rewards, HR, Talent Acquisition, finance, CSSC, and others to collect data, perform analysis, and report on holistic insights around Total Rewards"
  • Provides technical expertise and supports ongoing services provided by Total Rewards team; recommends data driven solutions to business needs around program evaluations, benchmarking, utilization, and management
  • Supports day-to-day analysis for Total Rewards program offerings and initiatives
  • Plays a significant role in data requests from inside and outside partners when exploring changes or new programs
  • Develops ongoing data dashboard and data reporting on Total Rewards Engagement and business results delivery
  • Able to communicate and summarize programs and findings of analysis, and form a point of view / recommendation for go-forward changes
  • Preparing of "data airtight" presentationseporting for sr. stakeholders


Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, Human Resources or other related field
  • Must have excellent analytical/quantitative skills and expert Excel skills along with excellent working knowledge of other Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint; working knowledge of PeopleSoft and Workday preferred
  • Independent and self-directed; prioritizes project work and immediate needs of business partners
  • Ability to story tell through data concisely and effectively ideally visualizing & describing it - connecting excellent quantitative and verbal/written communication skillsets
  • Ability to take data from multiple disparate sources and combine to derive meaningful insights and creativity in how to collect data, thriving when not readily available and trail blazing a path on how to effectively collect going forward
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service to business partners; ability to collaborate within and outside the team
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, team environment under general supervision; apply independent judgment with follow-up to business partners to determine the direction of assignments, prioritize, and identify & solve problems creatively with the ability to think beyond immediate consequences
