About the Role
As a Regional Director, you lead, develop and inspire a team of District Managers in all facets of running a profitable business (people, customer, operations, omni/loyalty, and product/merchandising). You are the conduit between field and HQ, collaborating across functions and channels to provide an optimal experience for both our internal and external customer. Your role is critical in leading execution and supporting the brand and enterprise vision, ensuring your teams are delivering results and holding their teams accountable. You are a leader in building talent across your portfolio of stores.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a regional plan to achieve and exceed short and long term business, people, and financial objectives
- Set new and stretching goals for self and team with relevant metrics, to achieve beyond what is expected
- Build a high performing team and bench plan that is designed to achieve, exceed, and sustain business results, and create an environment that fosters the conditions for success
- Understand and address specific team competency issues and recruit candidates that address those issues or to enforce a new value or strategic direction
- Seeks common ground and sources of agreement between self and diverse multiple stakeholders, in order to influence more broadly and effectively to do the best for all
- Identifies the interrelationships among the company's offerings and own customer base and how they contrast with the competition in the context of the future, evolving marketplace and systems over the next 3 years
- Distinguishes between customer segments, with differences in needs and approaches, and understands variances in profitability and value creation potential
Who You Are
- 5 plus year's multi-unit, high volume, complex business leadership, retail preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead execution of strategic initiatives through others while managing competing priorities; drive results, and build high performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to achieve beyond what is expected, and take actions or use improvements/learnings to exceed existing goals
- Understands own business within group and industry context. Articulates evolving priorities for the business within two-year horizon, and develops executable plans for this horizon
- College degree preferred
- Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business; with the ability to travel overnight as required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
