Senior Sustainability Manager (f/m/d)

  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the implementation of the company’s sustainability initiatives, identify key areas for development and reduction of our environmental impact.

• Drive future iterations and improvements of the company’s sustainability framework in line with developments in the broader fashion, retail and e-commerce industries.

• Develop tracking and reporting for all sustainability initiatives with a key focus on external ESG reporting as well as being able to provide regular internal progress updates to the broader business.

• Coordinate internal sustainability projects across all areas of the business and externally with our luxury brand partners as they advance their own programs.

• Building and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders such as brand partners and NGOs for all sustainability related topics.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• A strong background in sustainability ideally within the fashion industry or other retail related businesses.

• A love of fashion, technology and especially for driving awareness & change in environment preservation.

• In depth knowledge of the sustainability issues within the fashion and e-commerce industries.

• Experience with project management involving multiple departments and stakeholders.

• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair and collaborative working style.

• Strong analytics and MS Excel skills.

• Business Fluent in English, German is not required, but a plus.
