Ann Mashburn is opening a retail store in New York this October, and we are looking for leadership and staff members to join our team. As the Senior Manager of our Ann Mashburn store in New York, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the store and the team embodies the company’s overall mission and values, delivers a memorable retail experience, and grows to its full potential. You will be responsible for leading and influencing others to work together to make the store a success across all aspects – the people, service, product, visual merchandising, operations, marketing, and financials. You will train and inspire the sales team to exceed their goals and become product experts, trusted advisers, and brand ambassadors throughout the community. Your entrepreneurial drive will identify opportunities to improve the business, and your strong cross-functional relationships will enable you to get the support needed. Through your dedicated leadership and partnership, you will create a welcoming and engaging environment that attracts and retains both team members and customers. This position is a full-time, salaried exempt position.


  • Hire, train and retain an exceptional team of service-minded, goal-driven, brand advocates

  • Maintain close communication between HQ and other store managers
  • Manage the financial, operational, and interpersonal successes of our store
  • Act as a liaison with landlord and other local agents regarding building issues related to repairs, construction, etc.


  • 5+ years of retail leadership experience; experience opening a new store and high-end clothing experience preferred
  • A positive, energetic leader who thrives in a team environment and takes initiative and ownership
