Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Senior Operations Performance Analyst to join our Operations team

About the role

You will report to the VP Operations Performance and will be working with our Vertical teams to support our growth

What you'll be doing

You will drive and challenge our Operations' performance (logistics, authentication, quality control, transportation, customer experience impact) through detailed analysis and cross department collaboration.

Support the operations teams long term performance and help us build our vision.

Design and implement a performance management process within our organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities will include:

REPORTING: Standardize our performance vision
  • Implement a reporting process to capture and monitor the global Ops performance
  • Support our Vertical Teams to define the right KPIs and ensure their implementation
  • Drive the performance improvement and implement an action follow up to ensure that all teams are delivering the expected outcome
  • Enhance our reporting to ensure a strong follow up of our key priorities and roadmap

DASHBOARDING: Develop the Ops End to End Performance Management
  • Drive and coordinate all Ops needs regarding dashboard development
  • Build automatic dashboards and reports to facilitate understanding of key metrics
  • Ensure consistency of metrics
  • Manage all dashboards development amongst the business analysts of the division
  • Drive the BI Ops Team Roadmap as their key contact for the Ops topics
  • Partner with our business analyst teams to improve data accuracy and reliability

PERFORMANCE REVIEW: Animate Ops Performance Management
  • Implement our monthly performance review for all our vertical teams and our global Ops
  • Propose target level of performance
  • Challenge the performance and deliver a performance improvement program
  • Communicate the Ops performance within the company (from Core to Operational teams)
  • Build the framework of Ops initiatives, roadmap and budget construction (incl. key projects)
  • Lead Ops' processes audit (ad hoc)

Who you are
  • Excellent proficiency in analytics & business cases management
  • An enthusiastic person who can adapt to multicultural environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • Capacity to scale processes to ensure tasks automation where possible
  • A minimum of 3/5 years of experience in business analytics position
  • Be structured, organized, motivated by startup mindset (transversal topics management, wide range of topics)
  • Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
  • Performance Management in E-commerce Operations experience is a plus
