The Social Media Associate will be responsible for creating best-in-class social content across existing, new, and emerging platforms globally.


    • Partner with digital and marketing to develop, create, and schedule organic social content posts on Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, growing engagement and conversion while upholding the Costa Brazil voice, aesthetic, and mission across the social space.
    • Monitor and engage with the social commentary and assist with customer service. Engage Costa Brazil's social media channels with an always on mentality.
    • Create and forward-plan compelling beauty content (words, images and video assets) optimized for cross-platform channels.
    • Best in class social design execution of established creative direction to visually create Instagram Stories, Reels, TikToks and more. Development of visual solutions that propel the Costa Brazil brand forward.
    • Daily responsibilities include creating graphics and typographic systems for social posts, develop engaging assets in partnership with the creative team including still images, collages, video, gifs, stories etc. meeting KPIs of brand awareness and engagement.
    • Create content at the speed of culture to complement pre-planned content.
    • Social Content Support: Produce A-level content, guidance on cropping, versions, color correcting, lighting, typography, etc. to ensure the best of the best content is ready for social.
    • Work closely with copy to ensure visuals are harmonious with the narrative.
    • Continuously enhance functionality across all social platforms and bring new ideas to brainstorm meetings on a monthly basis.
    • Understand Costa Brazil and Francisco Costa's unique brand positioning and stay true to brand equity through all social content.
    • Help vet incoming influencer requests and campaign potential and help plan and manage influencer campaigns.
    • Approach social storytelling with creativity, curiosity, and taste, and serve the community by taking a wholly inclusive approach to wellness and beauty.
    • Infuse your content decisions with your affinity for beauty, art, culture, design, celebrity, music, travel, fashion, luxury, and wellness.
    • Identify trends, threats and opportunities in content marketing surrounding our industry.
    • Take ownership of deliverables and initiatives with acute attention to craft and detail.
    • Ability to handle more than one assignment at a time across brands, and can adapt
    • Quickly to changing priorities.


    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing.
    • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media (Organic Social (FB/IG, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok), as well as experience with display and videos (YouTube).
    • Must have social specific fashion, photography, beauty, design experience.
    • Self-motivated and resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude.
    • Excellent written and verbal skill in English.
    • Detailed-oriented, highly responsible, team-worker and willing to learn knowledge of marketing, communication and sustainability.
    • Self-disciplined and motivated in a fast-paced environment that requires creativity and strong attention to detail.
    • Must have a great eye for layout, typography and know how to work with images.
