JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to Senior Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for managing the brand's regional consumer database, developing CRM plans and clienteling actions, leading a data analyst to work on all sort of business analysis in deriving contributive insights towards the company's targets and achievements. She is a close partner to the Retail Operations, Retail Marketing, IT and Global Business Intelligence functions.

JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Capture, Governance and Maintenance
- Working with the Retail and Technical team to achieve high quality of data capture
- Management of the Customer Data Warehouse, data cleansing platforms and system rules
- Ensure data practices are well implemented across the organization
Data Analytics and Visualization for Insights
- Key contact point to work with Global BI team to facilitate and feedback Global data system and logic development
- Provide regular consumer analytic reports for business performance KPIs tracking
- Monitor customer KPIs i.e. frequency, lifetime value, retention rate etc, to identify levers to grow customer base, high value loyalty pool and maximize business
- Derive business insights, propose and support Retail and Marketing team on formulating consumer engagement strategies
Loyalty Program & Clienteling supports
- Initiate and drive CRM programs and calendar plan that grow local clientele and sales
- Manage quality customer data and identify targeted segments to ensure Clienteling effort effectiveness
- Provide all sort of CRM supports related to CRM logics, processes and program execution to internal stakeholders whenever necessary, and not limited to training, collaterals, client lists, communication blast
- Support Regional Senior Marketing manager to formulate Client communications, customer journey, CRM program planning, and partnering close with retail marketing team on aligned brand focus
PROFILE
- 6+ years' experience of hands-on CRM experiences in Fashion Retail / FMCG industry.
- University degree or above in Business Statistics, Information System Management, or a related discipline
- Proven track record of managing CRM data system, implementing CRM programs and campaign management
- Experience in data tools, i.e. MicroStrategy, Tableau, Informatica, would be an advantage
- Strong analytical mind with good report writing skills, and able to transform data into actionable insight
- Team player with good communication skills
- Curious with a positive and can-do attitude; attention to detail
- Experience working with outside vendors
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
