Job Purpose: LTK is looking for a full time Engineering Managerto lead a team which will be responsible for providing solutions and integrations with third party platforms for further enablement of Marketing and Sales within the rewardStyle organization. Thebroader mission of our MarTech + SalesTech team will be responsible for driving growth via (1) integrations with key marketing platforms, (2) execution of engaging outreach campaigns, and (3) conversion-driving experimentation cycles. This team will be a cross-functional combination of product, marketing, and engineering owning all vendor technology tied to marketing initiatives.

Technical Skills:

  • 7-10 years of software engineering experience
  • Background in solutions engineering / architecture
  • Experience with managing squad of 3-5 others
  • Experience with FE / BE technologies
  • VueJS, HTML, CSS for FE
  • Python / Golang for BE
  • Experience in implementing and working with various Marketing and Sales solutions
    • CRM Solutions;Salesforce andHubspot
    • CMS Solutions;Hubspot,Wordpress,Adobe
    • Customer Engagement Platforms and Automation;Braze,Twilio,Talon,Sparkpost,Mailchimp
    • AdTech Solutions;Amplitude,Branch,Criteo
  • Experience in creating integrations and plugins for 3rd party platforms
  • Experience working with event driven systems
  • Ingestion of webhooks from 3rd party platforms
  • Consuming and producing events to an event bus such as AWS EventBridge
  • Comfortable working in an AWS cloud environment


  • Contribute to the development, review, and maintenance of new features, product requirements documents, technical design documents, and functional specifications
  • Ensure team members follow SDLC processes so that solutions meet specified requirements (e.g. business requirements, company standards, quality, availability, and performance expectations)
  • Identify and pursue improvements in engineering and organizational processes, gathering and using data to support and guide continuous growth in product excellence and engineering productivity.
  • Recruit and hire software and quality engineers.
  • Establish and monitor objectives for all employees by providing regular feedback, coaching, training, and development that fosters both personal and organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Support, Marketing, and Executive Management to ensure the development team meets software release schedules, goals, and objectives with high quality.


  • Servant leadership is your motto. You're used to getting your hands dirty with your team, including participating in on-call rotation with your team.
  • Proven experience in rapid, continuous releases, including used to shipping multiple times a day.
  • At least 3+ years in leadership roles with a proven and consistent history of leading developers.
  • Able to drive productivity and motivate a team to full project completion.

Work Management/Communication:
  • Highly developed negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills to mediate priority conflicts in an effective and collaborative manner
  • Must work well under pressure, be sensitive to deadlines, be able to interact in a team environment, be able to adapt quickly to change, and possess good customer service skills.
