Looking for candidates based out of the Miami area or Dallas.

Job Description: Support for Stella McCartney Visual Merchandising team during a 2 week launch of pop-ups in Wholesale locations (Neiman Marcus, Saks, Nordstrom.) Individual needed will cover in-person installs. The Stella VM team will prep this person with all the info needed prior to any on-site installs, and be available before and throughout all installs to organize the delivery/collection of the props.

Responsibilities include
  • Being on-site during install (most will be 6am to 10am). Overseeing install to ensure all directives are being followed, answering questions as they arise and communicating with the VM team throughout the process
  • understanding production layout and ensuring final install is up to standards and exactly as it should look per visual directives.
  • Merchandising product on the completed pop-up using VM directives set by Stella McCartney team
  • Taking final overall photos on an iphone and uploading them onto Stella McCartney's shared platform
  • Email communication with designated wholesale locations to ensure photos are delivered on time

Experience/Skills Needed: Super detail oriented, organized and communicative team player. Someone flexible, as timing will be early mornings and late nights. Sense of urgency in delivery and an eye for detail. Ability to take great iphone photos.
