Senior Global Planning Manager BOSS Menswear (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Senior Global Planning Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our Global Buying & Planning BOSS Menswear department. A highly motivated team of experts with flat hierarchies and who, of course, greatly enjoy their work is looking forward to you joining them in their area.

What you can expect:

• Actively steer merchandise performance by ensuring that collection development and stock levels are based on consolidated and validated budgets & option plans
• Deliver strategic Business Unit direction and define planning and trading guardrails to assure one aligned demand plan for all channels and regions based on financial top down targets
• Review and approve buying and TPR budgets for the all channels
• Ensure that merchandise strategies are consistently implemented across the Business Unit
• Ensure an increasing share of an effective, global and market-driven retail buy
• Provide and align early estimations for budgets and option plans as input for the market input process and the Risk Buy
• Define and execute global standard BU reporting and provide merchandise performance analysis
• Identify and realize global business potentials to drive both top line growth
• Functional leading

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Fashion/Textile Management or comparable
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling and/or Merchandise Management/Planning in a fast paced environment
• Very strong analytical skills as well as a comprehensive understanding of financial figures
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and pays close attention to detail
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient level user with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
